Coffee morning blues

Today is going to be one of those days, where I am one step behind, just a bit off center, and of course it's a day where I have an immense amount of work to do. So bring on the coffee- cup one down. I remember reading at an airport bookshop (a few years back) a copy of Skinny Bitch- apparently, drinking coffee is on the authors list of don'ts - okay, so I won't be skinny by drinking loads of coffee, but If I don't drink any then I most certainly will be a..., well you know!

(I really dislike using the B word).

Today is not even a Monday, ugh, cup two- on the way.
